Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be reporting into the Regional Head of Partners. You should be a highly self-motivated individual with experience in communicating with partners over the phone and email. Additionally, you should have the ability to deliver a high standard of service to partners at all times.

Your responsibilities will include keeping partners engaged from the start of the onboarding process through to them introducing clients to Trade Nation and beyond. You should be able to clearly communicate the commercial deals we offer, demonstrating mastery level knowledge of our offering.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard and manage Partners
  • Meet specific personal and team revenue targets and KPIs as set by management
  • Deliver high quality service, maintaining a strong focus on underlying client needs
  • Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM system with leads, opportunities and current Partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners
  • Develop and contribute to the success of Partner marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining a competitor market analysis to ensure our offering is competitive
  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance rules
  • Provide reports for management and key Partners on an ad hoc basis
  • Take on new projects and initiatives that improve the Partner offering
  • Organise and participate in partnership events both in person and remotely
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in the retail derivatives trading industry.
  • Experience in a sales/client facing role.
  • A positive mind-frame, reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and ability to work towards individual and team goals.
  • A customer first approach at all times.
  • Strong pipeline management. Experience with CRM use, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a service mindset to support our partners and clients in the demanding, real time environment of online trading.
  • Willingness to assist, support, and learn from others within the team.
  • Well organised with good time management skills, able to take proactive action when necessary
Preferred qualifications
  • In depth understanding of spread betting and CFD trading.
  • Bilingual candidates with knowledge of an Asian language are encouraged to apply.
