With a growing project pipeline, we’re now seeking a skilled Welder to bring our designs to life — someone who values accuracy, craftsmanship, and a job well done.

Role: Full-Time Welder

Your Role in the Workshop

1. Performing gas tungsten arc (TIG), metal inert gas (MIG), and manual arc welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication blueprints
3. Measuring, cutting, shaping, and aligning metal components with precision tools
4. Assembling and joining parts using welding, bolting, and riveting methods
5. Operating metal fabrication machinery such as grinders, shears, and press brakes
6. Inspecting welds to ensure strength, integrity, and neatness in finish
7. Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
8. Following OH&S and workshop safety procedures at all times
9. Collaborating with designers and project managers to achieve quality outcomes

1. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (or equivalent welding qualification)
2. Minimum 1–2 years of industry experience in structural or custom metal welding
3. Proven skills in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
4. Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and job specifications
5. A meticulous approach to measurement, finish quality, and job accuracy
6. Sound knowledge of metal grades, welding standards, and materials handling
7. Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, workshop-based role
8. Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
