About the Role
We are on the lookout for creative and motivated recent graduates with a background in Business or Marketing to join our exceptional sales team. In this role, you will work with existing clients while cultivating new client relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day sales activities and nurturing strong customer relationships.Collaboration with our production, design, and logistics teams is key to ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. Respect for brand value, colleagues, and team culture is a critical factor for anyone joining our team.
What will you be doing?
Based at our office in Melbourne's northern suburbs, you will:
- Serve our existing client base and expand our client portfolio
- Develop new opportunities within our current client base and identify new leads
- Uphold high standards of customer service, integrity, and team culture
By developing new opportunities with the existing client base and identifying new opportunities via passive and active leads. You will need to hold yourself to high levels of customer service, integrity, and team culture.
Candidate attributesWe're looking for:
- Recent graduates with a degree in Business or Marketing
- A creative, open-minded, and driven attitude
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with our team to ensure successful client projects
- Strong emotional intelligence, reasoning, and social skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Meticulous attention to detail and professional presentation
- Desirable: Previous experience in graphic design or a packaging-related industry, and proficiency in languages other than English
