The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members.and our community.
- You must have the flexibility to work anytime from 8 am to 8 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday and occasionally from 8 am to 4 pm (AEST) during Saturday/Sunday.
You'll be responsible for:
- Answering a mixture of Inbound calls from Members & Partners; including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing & renewing existing policies and providing general information.
- Managing & responding to own portfolio of daily correspondence
About you:
- Motivation to expand, learn, and grow within a high performing team
- Experience in Customer Service & Sales
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
- Proactive time management skills
- Sound computer skills
- General knowledge or passion of boats will be highly regarded
