Senior Trust Manager - Leading Asset Finance Firm

Job Responsibilities- Manage existing securitisation trusts.
- Oversee trust cash flow and liquidity requirements, including draw down processes and limit monitoring.
- Execute and review cash flow distribution waterfall calculations, note holder payments, and trust reporting.
- Develop and maintain trust cash flow models.
- Monitor interest rate exposure and seek quotes for new hedge positions.
- Maintain processes and policies for trust management functions.
- Collaborate with the Treasury team on new warehouse and term facility establishments and transaction settlements.
- Support the Head of Trust Management in overseeing daily operations and leading the team in their absence.
- Drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives.
- Work closely with internal reporting teams to produce performance reports and ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate with the Finance team on monthly deliverables.
- Assist in the year-end audit process and ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in trust management.
- Must have experience in asset finance, trustee or non-bank lending organisations.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Expertise in securitisation and trust management reporting.
- Ability to develop trust cash flow models.
