Robert Half Technology is partnering with a leading name in the manufacturing industry to recruit their next Technical Lead Developer. With multiple locations across Australia, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business during a dynamic period of transformation and growth.

The Role

This role sits within the project team and offers a dynamic blend of hands-on coding, solution design, and the opportunity to provide technical and team leadership to a talented group of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of the company custom ERP and applications.
Develop high-quality, maintainable code using modern technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
Actively promote technical excellence and foster continuous improvement within the development team.
Work across a diverse range of applications, occasionally utilizing different tech stacks based on project needs.
Provide both technical direction and people leadership within an agile delivery environment, with a focus on building robust integration solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with data teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance system capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a dual-capacity role where you've led both technically and from a people-management perspective.
Strong hands-on background with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and cloud technologies such as Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with system integration concepts and practices is highly desirable.
