The role is responsible for shifting focus between business analysis, working with stakeholders and assist with identifying opportunities to meet new client needs.

• Eliciting and defining business requirements and functionalities
• Engaging with business and project stakeholders to understand business requirements and barriers
• Mapping current and future states and point out changes required to achieve the future state
• Initiating extra activities and other interventions whenever gaps are identified, or issues arise
• Liaising between business stakeholders and various technical teams like architects, development teams, testing teams, change managers and end users
• Assisting the product owner in maintaining product catalogue and scrum catalogue
• Creating multiple interface documents highlighting the dependencies and the data flow between various IT systems
• Assisting in comprehensive architectural and solution design efforts
• Producing reports clearly documenting business analysis findings
• Involved in managing project deliverables, solution design, gap identification, root cause analysis, documentation, testing, change management and post implementation training.
• Assisting, supporting, and training other team members and company staff

• Tertiary qualification in IT/Systems and/or equivalent
• Business Analysis certification or qualification (e.g. BABOK) (desirable)
• Proven analyst level experience as ICT Business Analyst field using various analysis tools and techniques
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and modelling
• Demonstrated experience in managing business risk associated with transformation and improvement programs
• Strong experience in MS Office suite and systems.

• Expert in managing all types of relationships and stakeholders with a particular focus on customers and building relationships with contractors, and internal teams
• A great communicator in both verbal and written communication
• Highly proactive, with high level of ownership and follow through
