With a focus on Power Generation and Development, this role will empower you to collaborate with stakeholders, streamline processes, and support the implementation of cutting-edge systems like the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution.

Guide the delivery of business solutions by building strong relationships with stakeholders, analysing data, and identifying improvement opportunities
Play an instrumental role in implementing the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution, supporting asset optimisation and business growth
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with long-term strategies
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flows
Proven experience working across Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods
Ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives

What you’ll do
Partner with cross-functional teams to capture, analyse, and refine business requirements that support efficiency and innovationGuide the delivery of business solutions by building strong relationships with stakeholders, analysing data, and identifying improvement opportunities
Play an instrumental role in implementing the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution, supporting asset optimisation and business growth
Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with long-term strategies
Document processes and develop project plans while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Your experience
Expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation, project planning, testing methodologies, and change managementExceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flows
Proven experience working across Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods
Ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
