About the role:
As an integral member of the team at Builders Arms Hotel, your expertise in guest experience, reservations, administration, sales, and event coordination will play a vital role in the ongoing success of the venue. This position is key to driving revenue and streamlining operations, working closely with a passionate management team to manage reservations, elevate guest satisfaction, and create innovative, seasonal events.
You’ll also contribute to developing exciting activations for our engaged customer base.
