Robert Half are supporting a leading global vendor finance company, headquartered in Europe, it specializes in providing asset-based financial solutions across industries such as agriculture, healthcare, clean technology, construction, transportation, and technology.
Operating in more than 30 countries, it partners with equipment manufacturers, dealers, and distributors to support their growth and distribution channels. With a focus on delivering sustainable solutions throughout the asset life cycle, the company offers commercial finance, retail finance, and used equipment finance.

It is part of a larger, well-established banking group.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Regional Risk Committee (RRC) administrator and participate in various risk meetings, taking detailed minutes and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Develop expertise in investigating operational risk incidents, including conducting root cause analyses and identifying opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Act as the administrator for the Regional Risk Committee, managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate and detailed minutes.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups on action items and support the effective functioning of the committee.
  • Investigate operational risk incidents to identify contributing factors and root causes.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units to analyze incidents, recommend corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and implement improved workflows and procedures.
  • Draft clear, concise, and detailed process documentation to support consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Risk and Controls Framework.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements where necessary.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the organization's business processes, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in internal audit, external audit or operational risk.
  • Must have financial services experience.
