Salary: $75K PA plus Super

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to oversee and optimize our inventory systems, ensuring seamless tracking of goods and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a keen ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of inventory by tracking all incoming and outgoing products accurately.
• Regularly assess stock levels and work with the purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory.
• Supervise the complete order fulfillment process from receipt to shipment.
• Collaborate with shipping partners to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs of warehouse activities and generate regular performance reports.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration, particularly with sales and customer service, to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 22 kgs.
• Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including fluctuating temperatures.
