The Role
Your main duties in the role as outlined below:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and teams.
- Manage the reception desk by answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing a shared email inbox.
- Coordinate office operations, including facilities, the kitchen and shared common areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Handle document management, data entry, and reporting tasks.
- Ensure a positive office environment, managing events and culture initiatives.
