Robert Walters is excited to be partnering with Bemboka, an iconic Australian-owned luxury bedding company, to recruit a Marketing, Sales & Office Coordinator. This role will be based onsite at Bemboka's showroom in Darlinghurst and will require a true all-rounder with a boutique business mentality and a creative flair, who wants to be apart of something special and help bring luxury to life.
This role will be 40% Marketing, 35% Customer Relations/Sales and 25% Administration. We are looking for someone who can drive social media content and post it on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn; copywrite content, work in tandem with a marketing agency on content production; guide the marketing calendar and come up with new ideas.

You will be also be responsible in liaising and building relations with clientele, hotel partners and interior designers.

What will your day to day look like?

Marketing
  • Work closely with outsourced digital marketing and SEO agency (DMA) to plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
  • Coordinate the creation of content including marketing emails, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Graphic design & photoshop experience beneficial but not essential
  • Publish organic posts in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.
  • Manage the content, editing and backend of the website with the assistance of web developer and DMA.
  • Copywriting for blogs and social media
  • Managing purchasing of all marketing and packaging materials
  • Managing B2B & B2C platform Archipro by uploading projects from designers & hotels and working with the account manager to create content and ads.
Sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (over email or meetings in showroom).
  • Assist with showroom sales which can include members of the public, interior designers and new wholesale clients. Being comfortable with learning our wide range of products and presenting them in a professional manner.
  • Look after direct hotel sales clients and work closely with our hotel agent on specific projects
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Office Admin
  • Answering phones, email enquiries and scheduling appointments (general queries/calls and daily tasks are handled by Office Manager)
  • Covering for Office Manager when on leave with general sales, enquiries and other administrative tasks
  • Monitoring stock on inventory software, running reports & spreadsheets to forecast stock requirements and placing top up order with overseas manufacturers
  • Liaising with warehouse staff and freight forwarders for arrival of international shipments and any other imports
  • Ad hoc administrative duties for Director
What are looking for?
  • A multitasking maestro with some experience AND/OR degree in Marketing is ideal
  • A non-precious attitude and a boutique business mentality
  • Social media savvy - you know your way around a good Instagram reel!
  • Confident with clients and comfortable with doing some showroom sales
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop is ideal
