About the Opportunity: We are looking for the best leaders in the industry to join the opening team of Batard. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.Main Role Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times Provide on floor coaching and feedback to FOH Crew, Supervisors and Assistant Managers Provide guidance and support to the team of Supervisors and Assistant Managers in the delivery of crew Training & Development programs Assist with various operational & financial management tasks, in collaboration with senior management Undertake People & Performance related tasks Experience, Skills & Attributes: Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment Restaurant opening experience is advantageous Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience Exceptional service skills and guest focused Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system Exceptional communication and presentation Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Must possess a valid RSA certificate Working with LUCAS Restaurants: People are at the core of our success.
