Zone IT Solutions, a leading IT services provider, is seeking an experienced ICT Contract Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts related to information and communication technology services.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of ICT contracts, from negotiation and drafting to implementation and ongoing management
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contract risks and issues
- Review and analyze contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to ensure smooth contract execution
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an ICT Contract Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of ICT contracts and relevant legal frameworks
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
