Assistant Manager (or Credit Officer)

Taiwan Business Bank, Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager (or Credit Officer) to join our Credit Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for credit assessment, portfolio management, and customer relationship development to support and expand our commercial loan business.

Working as an Assistant Manager (or Credit Officer) in the Credit Department, your primary responsibilities are as follows:

• Providing high-quality customer service to support client relationships and satisfaction.
• Conducting financial and credit analysis to assess clients’ lending capacity.
• Preparing loan application documents, including detailed credit proposals.
• Ensuring compliance with internal risk mitigation frameworks and relevant bank policies.
• Drafting loan facility and security documents and coordinating with valuers and solicitors.
• Preparing monthly loan status reports for the Credit Committee and managing the credit portfolio.
• Monitoring credit exposures, arrears, and account excesses.
• Administering and overseeing individual loan accounts.
• Maintaining credit policies and procedures, and conducting debtor follow-ups for timely repayment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
