Full Time Transport Manager

• Oversee the complete transport operation, including scheduling, timely collection and delivery of vehicles and goods.
• Manage the maintenance and fuelling of vehicles and equipment.
• Engage with client to understanding needs ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining all business records, delivering operational reports, safeguarding goods quality, and upholding occupational health and safety standards across all operations.
• Hire and train team members and delivery drivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a transport, logistics, or fleet management role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management abilities.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage competing priorities.
