Northside Comms Pty Ltd is currently seeking Telecommunication Project Administrator to join our Brisbane based company. This position is full time, with long-term security for the right candidate.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our team on the field by coordinating and supervising site works and delivering high-level support to our clients and installation crews. You will have the opportunity to engage with diverse projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution, and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Duties will include:

  1. Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  2. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule and budget.
  3. Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices.
  4. Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverable requirement.
  5. Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
  6. Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverable output.
  7. Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to the project work plan.
  8. Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources.
  9. Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
  10. Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results.
  11. Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities.
  12. Help build the skill sets of team members and share learning with other employees

To be considered for this role you need:

  • A degree or diploma certification with a telecommunications or Project Management or extensive site-based experience in a similar position.
  • Minimum of five years experience in project administration, ideally within the telecommunications or subcontracting sectors.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships, project documentation, and on-site coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Construction Safety Induction (White) card.

To be eligible for this position, you must have full Australian working rights.

You must be available to travel and work away from home when required.

Benefits:

Basic Salary range $70k plus Super based on experience.

75% (Preferred)
