• Development and implementation of learning and development strategies.
• Management of L&D programs for employees across all levels.
• Conducting needs assessments to determine areas of improvement.
• Overseeing the training budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Assessing the success of development plans and making necessary adjustments.
• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
• Providing end-to-end management of training events.
• Reporting on L&D activities to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior L&D Officer will be able to demonstrate:

• A strong background in Learning and Development.
• Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
• Excellent all-round internal business partnering skills.

• VPS 5 salary range of $109,000 - $129,000 per annum plus superannuation.
• Fixed term contract for a period of 21 months.
