This role plays an important part in the day-to-day bookkeeping for our internal advisory divisions as well as the on-boarding of clients in our BlueRock OnDemand division.

What you'll be doing

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Maintain regular contact to understand client needs.
  • Act as the primary contact during onboarding.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Prepare and present client proposals.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Track sales activities using CRM software (HubSpot).

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Provide updates on business development efforts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
