You will be joining a market leading domestic bank as a part-time legal counsel focusing on employment law issues within a dynamic and fast-growing legal team based in Melbourne on a 12 month contract.

About the role
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the company's adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Review and draft employment contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Provide legal guidance on employee relations matters and assist in investigations.
- Conduct training sessions on legal compliance and perform regular audits.
- Support in the management of employment-related litigation.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
About You
You have:
- +4PQE with relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate
- Strong Employment Law experience
- Looking to work on a part-time basis (ideally 4 days) within a fun team
