FULL TIME BAKER/PASTRY COOK WANTED!!!

Baker /Pastry cook & cake decorator for the daily operation of our business.

• Mixing, preparing, and baking bread and pastries
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked and pastry goods.
• Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
• Baking different bread types and pastry fillings.
• Preparing varieties of cakes; topping and creaming buns and pastries, including cake decoration
• Assessing the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set standards
• Monitoring oven temperature and product appearance to determine baking times
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Following Occupational Health and Safety guidelines for all products and working practices, including adhering to cleaning procedures, maintaining food at the correct temperatures, correct storage of goods, safe operation of equipment, and avoidance of spills, trips, and slips.
• Inspecting facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance

Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
