The Company

We are working with a stable and highly reputable Non-Profit organisation which is searching for a seasoned Head of Finance. You'll have a background in Non-Profit organisations, sound technical skills and be a leader in establishing a warm and collaborative workplace culture.

The Role

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for, though not limited to:

Managing the operational and financial systems for the business and the company accounts
Responsible for financial reports and statements - including P&L, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis and varied annual reports
Responsible for tax and compliance for the business
Leading integrations of company entities
Partnering across the organisation
particularly with payroll and billing
for continuous process improvements
Aligning processes with strategic vision of the business
Understanding the ACNC regulations and laws, and enforcing best practices for the business
Overseeing contract negotiations and commercial corporate contracts
Building and maintaining key relationships across the business

Your Profile

A seasoned leader in Non Profits, you will work closely with other departments and continue to foster an environment of support and collaboration.

5+ years in a senior financial role
CA or CPA qualified
Confident with Tax and Insurance accountability
Confident reporting into C Suite and Board
Collaborative, commercial and confident
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
