Duty Manager/Floor Supervisor
We require an experienced, customer-focused supervisor to join our team. This role ideally suits someone with a strong knowledge and passion for food, wine and customer service. As part of the core management team, we are looking for a supervisor with dining/restaurant experience.

Guests can enjoy our house-made pastas and hearty pub feeds, including classic dishes like burgers, steaks, and seasonal specials, all crafted from quality ingredients.The bar proudly features a well-curated, all Australian, wine list as well as a selection of local independent craft beers.
The venue comprises the Public Bar, Dining Room, Basement cocktail bar, and multi-levelled hotel accommodation.The team is passionate about good food, wine and customer service. We make an effort to support local suppliers and producers, and our venue is built with sustainability in mind. Our all Australian wine list needs someone with a passion for wine and an ability to recommend appropriate food pairings.

The role:
Lead a team of floor staff in the delivery of warm and genuine hospitalityDay to day operation of our public bar and dining room with the support of our Venue Manager and Bar Supervisor
Building relationships with regular and local clientele
Training, and development of floor staff
Maintaining high levels of customer service
About you:
You love hospitality and enjoy a fast paced environmentMinimum 2 years experience supervising restaurant/dining areas
Hands on and leads by example
Generous with your time and knowledge to train team
Someone who thrives in a busy environment which provides multiple services
The ability to confidently recommend wine pairings
Positive, can-do attitude
Experience in hosting functions and events
A professional approach with an eye for detail
