Bar Margaux is on the hunt for a Floor Supervisor who's oozing energy, sophistication and has the appetite to create an intoxicating experience from the dinner table to the bar and into the early hours.

To be well equipped for success within Bar Margaux we will provide all the leadership and support from our Senior Leadership Team, however, the successful Floor Supervisor will need a few French tricks up their sleeve:
The ability to work as part of a very energetic team - supporting your colleagues, from working within all aspects of the venue, inspiring your team-mates, having fun and being able to create the ultimate guest experience every time.A talent for multi tasking and problem solving - having the ability to reach into your knowledge tool box and be solutions focused.
A strong work ethic, the confidence to be able to talk the talk and passion for your continued development in the hospitality industry - we believe that working with hospitality professionals breeds a desire for consistently pushing your knowledge and desire to continually improve.
We want you to have that creative soul that's craving excellence.You will need to have the skills to effectively build and develop relationships with the front of house and back of house teams - we promote a friendly, respectful, positive and approachable attitude and work environment.
Experience - we cannot forget! Ideally you will have 3 years within similar venues and at least 2 of those in a supervisory role. Classic cocktail & wine knowledge is essential.
