About the Opportunity: We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry. About Lucas Restaurants: Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society, Grill Americano, Tombo Den, Carlotta & Maison Batard.Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded Strong understanding of food safety standards Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
