Salary: $81,600 Inclusive Superannuation ($73,183.86+ super)
About the Business?We deliver digital solutions that help businesses manage data securely, automate operations, and assist with regulatory compliance via technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and no-code processes.
ICT Business Analyst, under the guidance and supervision of the Product Manager, will support activities aimed to comply with the requirements set out for each internal/ external product suite of our ventures DOXAI and completion of projects in the defined timeline, support managing expectations of all parties involved in the PM chain and other stakeholders.ICT Business Analyst will directly report to the Product Leader.
Key responsibilities:??Assisting in the creation of the Product Backlog and prioritise these features
Supporting Admin activities for Product as required
Assisting in the creation of commercial models to evaluate and ‘prove’ hypothesis and articulating why a certain course of action should or should not be taken
Acting as a ‘voice of the customer’ across the business and to the allocated projects
Having input and say into the brand and product strategy for the business
Analysing and documenting business/functional processes and System requirements using standard analysis methodologies and toolsConverting business needs into functional designs or solutions using knowledge of Lakeba Products system capabilities, rules, and overall architecture for offshore developers’ team
Liaise with UX/UI Designer, Technical Lead, Vendors to ensure the proper communication and execution of requirements as and when required
Performing test and QA functions as required
Opportunity to rapidly learn and acquire skills in high demand in the world of international development
Skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree in system engineering or similar (2+experience in It)Recent IT graduate with some exposure to Software Development/ Project Management.
Experience working on Digital technologies highly regarded.
