You'll work closely with the Group Financial Controller to deliver the following:
The Role
As the Management Accountant you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare monthly reporting packs and associated reports for assigned business entities
- Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliations and analyses after finalising end of month (all relevant entities)
- Maintain fixed asset registers
- Present monthly results to the wider Group
- Preparation of annual financial statements for relevant entities
- Prepare BAS Returns for assigned business entities in multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with the annual budget for assigned business entities
- Preparation of acquisition analysis reports and business cases for potential property acquisitions
- Assist with treasury for relevant entities
- Prepare reports as may be required by senior management
- Assist the broader finance team where necessary
- A newly qualified Chartered Accountant who has trained in a Big 4/ Mid-Tier audit environment.
- Ability to manage demanding deadlines with accuracy and integrity
- Excellent computer skills, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Forward-thinking, learning-oriented mindset
- Results-oriented focus with a creative approach to driving solutions and stakeholder engagement.
