Be responsible for creating and executing private functions and special events across 4 unique venues on Thornbury's High Street.
Hospitality experience essential, this role is extremely rewarding, flexible and day time only.

Highly organised individual with ability to prioritise & attention to detailMinimum of 2 years experience in an events and administration based role
Strong hospitality background a great advantage
Previous experience in hospitality environment essential
Passion for creating full experience for clients from moment of enquiry through to post event follow-up
To strive to make each & every event a wonderful experience
Exceptional relationship building capability (internal & external)
Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple activities & venues
Proficient in using computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, Event Software Program)
Ability to manage & prioritise incoming business requests to maximise sales potential
Experience in collating reports and end of week/month financials
