Key responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to support, maintain & develop Liberty’s global and regional business applications, while demonstrating a strong competence in business engagement, business analysis, business process and providing constructive input into the way IT supports the Liberty business.
About you- Degree in business or information technology technical discipline preferred
- Good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies (e.g. Lambdas, Glue, S3 storage) and their practical applications
- Hands on experience in configuring and using market leading application monitoring utilities (DataDog, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch) and
- Familiarity with Australia and Asia data residency and retention regulatory requirements
- Experience in designing disaster recovery solutions and developing business continuity plans
- Experience working for a Commercial & Specialty Insurance company within the Australian market
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies
- Experience with API and file-based core systems integration projects
- Project Management experience
- Experience leading & managing a team of Business Analyst within an Agile environment
- Certifications in SAFe® 5 Agilist & Professional Scrum Master I
- Competent negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong business process modelling skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
