Change Manager | 12-month FTC view to extend | $170k +10% Bonus
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a leading organisation for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD, at an insurance firm this hybrid role offers the chance to drive transformative change across critical IT projects, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems, Finance ERP, Data Warehouse, and CRM implementations.
The role:This is a pivotal opportunity to lead the planning and execution of change management strategies across major enterprise-wide initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and department leaders to deliver lasting impact during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, scope, and impacts.
- Design and execute change management plans that align with organisational goals.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities, implementing appropriate strategies.
- Develop and deliver effective communications and training materials to ensure user adoption and minimise resistance.
- Serve as the link between project teams and end-users, providing support throughout the change process.
- Measure the success of change initiatives and refine approaches for continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end change management on IT projects.
- Background in the insurance industry, with insurance broking experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful training and communication strategies.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
