Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing private equity-backed organization specializing in insurance broking management. They are undergoing significant transformation, driven by acquisitions and system transitions. As part of this evolution, they are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead end-to-end change management initiatives on IT projects.

About the Role

As the Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new IT systems and processes across the business. You will be responsible for managing change initiatives related to the transition from an existing insurance broking management platform to a new system, following the acquisition of a company utilizing this system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management activities on IT projects within the insurance sector.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth transitions, including training and communication plans.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Work closely with project teams, business units, and senior leadership to align change efforts with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support system and process transitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in change management within IT projects, ideally in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in insurance broking is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across different business functions.
Interview Process
  1. First Stage: Interview with PMO Manager.
  2. Second Stage: Interview with Head of HR.
