Job Description
Reporting into the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basis
- Managing on and offboading, leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, payroll tax, super etc.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant lawns and regulations
- Manual project allocation based on timesheet submissions
- Interpret and apply relevant award and ERPs
- Managing payroll-related queries and resolving any discrepancies
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar end-to-end payroll position. They will be tech-savvy, with familiarity with Chris 21 and/or experience in the construction industry as a bonus. Most importantly, they will be resilient, reliable, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a continuously evolving environment.
