What you will do?:
- Support daily culinary operations for both event-day and non-event day catering
- Maintain consistency in quality and presentation standards
- Minimise waste effectively
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish and execute food service standards
- Monitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation
More about you:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment
- Appropriate culinary qualifications
- Experience with stock control
- Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and venue/event experience
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong team player with the capacity to work independently
- Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
Remuneration on offer: $75K - $85K + superannuation.
