Chef de Partie
We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our passionate team at Vine & Velvet in Camperdown VIC. This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a range of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
Ensure consistently high standards of food presentation and flavour
Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen in compliance with all food safety regulations
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant or catering environment
Passion for creating innovative, delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
Strong organisational and time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative
Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry experience
