About the Role
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on organisation, consistency and great food. You’ll oversee day-to-day catering operations, manage production and systems, lead and develop the kitchen team, and work closely with the wider Yolk Group leadership team to continue building a high-performing catering division.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all kitchen operations and catering production
Manage prep, ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation
Maintain high food quality, consistency and presentation standards
Build, mentor and develop a strong kitchen team
Improve systems, workflows and operational efficiency
Ensure food safety and kitchen compliance standards are upheld
Coordinate catering logistics and event preparation
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Catering Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management ability
Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
Passion for quality produce, hospitality and team culture
Experience in catering or high-volume production kitchens highly regarded
