Are you an experienced and passionate CDP looking for a new challenge? We have an opportunity available for an experienced CDP to work in our main Restaurant kitchen covering our Lunch/Dinner Shifts. This is a full time, casual position working afternoon & nights, 11.30am - 9.30pm. 10hr days - 4 days a week with 3 days off.

We offer a high quality, award winning dining experience with a strong emphasis on local fresh produce, our kitchen caters for multiple food and beverage outlets across the resort. We are about to launch our new seasonal menu so it is a great time to join our team.

Ideally you have extensive Restaurant experience working pasta section. We offer a wonderful team environment, with opportunity for continued learning and development.

Requirements

Previous experience working at a CDP level in a Restaurant or Cafe
Full availability including weekends and public holidays
Able to commit long term
Min Cert III commercial cookery qualification
NSW Food Handler Basic Training Certificate
Able to adapt to busy periods with a sense of urgency
Willingness to learn great techniques
Able to follow recipes and plan your time accordingly
Actively demonstrate pride in your work
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
