The Role
As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in the smooth-running operations of the office. Your duties will include:
- Greeting clients, visitors and staff into the office
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Responding to queries and addressing any issues when necessary
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
- Supporting Executive Assistants when required
- Maintaining a professional, tidy, and well-stocked office
- You will 2+ years' experience working in a similar role
- Ideally, you will have worked within the professional services
- You will have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- You will have full working rights within Australia
