Delaware North Australia is seeking night shift Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Matso's Brewery, located at Perth Airport.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support daily restaurant and bar operations, coaching and guiding team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage service. What you will do?:
- Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellence
- Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
- Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
- Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth
- Mobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their best
- Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
- Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venue
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Approved Managers Card
- Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferred
- Passionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approach
- Skilled in workforce mobilisation and team development
- Comfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirable
- Available to work night shifts, across a 7-day rotating roster
