About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles (petrol, diesel, and/or hybrid).
- Disassemble and rebuild mechanical parts using technical manuals and precision tools.
- Replace defective parts to restore vehicle functionality
- Conduct routine servicing, including oil changes, brake checks, and engine tuning.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Trade qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-equipped workshop with modern tools and technology.
