Your key responsibilities revolve around creating and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

• Designing and carrying out leisure activity programs for individuals in the community to support their social growth and enhance their overall sense of well-being.
• Understanding the specific needs of individuals by carefully examining the tasks they perform.
• Assessing clients' individual skills, preferences, and limitations to determine their suitability for and potential benefit from a range of social and recreational programs.
• Organizing and supporting community based recreational and social activities.
• Contributing to the development, implementation and review of individual plans that support emotional, social, and behavioural needs of young people through recreational and leisure activities within the community.
• Participating in team meetings, case conferences and case review meetings to maintain a knowledge of resources available within facility and within the community.
• Working with clients to identify and pursue activities that align with their unique interests and aspirations, while providing necessary support and encouragement.
• Liaising with nurses and other health care professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists to understand the needs of clients and integrated approach for care.

Experience working in a similar role for 1-2 years
