• Oversee and implement OHS policies and procedures in accordance with Australian regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Deliver HR and OHS training and education to staff.
• Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and right to work.
• Update and manage the HRIS systems
• Collaborate with all managers on L&D, training, and recruitment.
• Use Definitiv for data management and reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful OHS & HR Advisor should have:

• Experience in a similar role HR and/or OHS role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian OHS regulations.
• Proficiency in using Definitiv for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and advice.
• A proactive approach to risk management and workplace safety.

• An attractive salary of up to $95,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
