About Our Client

This role will offer 1 days work from home after two-months.

• Provide high-level HR advice and support to management and staff.
• Manage HR processes, such as recruitment and employee relations.
• Assist with the improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the HR team on workforce planning strategies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct and oversee HR projects.
• Manage HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:

• Sound understanding of HR processes and principles
• Proficiency in using HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch HR advice
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Experience in handling HR project.

• Up to $55 per hour plus superannuation.
• Temporary role with potential for extension.
