Job Description- Provide high-level HR advice and support to management and staff.
- Manage HR processes, such as recruitment and employee relations.
- Assist with the improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the HR team on workforce planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct and oversee HR projects.
- Manage HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
- Sound understanding of HR processes and principles
- Proficiency in using HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch HR advice
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience in handling HR project.
- Up to $55 per hour plus superannuation.
- Temporary role with potential for extension.
