NXT GIG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day administration of HR functions and programs, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts, managing employee records, coordinating onboarding processes, and assisting with HR projects and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including organizing orientation and training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
