Full Time Construction Project Manager & Coordinator - Sydney

SALARY $75,000 - $85,000 + SUPERANNUATION

• Plan, organize, and manage small to large-scale commercial and civil construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Assess and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Develop tenders and contract bids while negotiating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and prioritize resources (human resources, materials, plant, and equipment) across multiple projects.
• Consult with clients, architects, engineers, contract administrators, and site managers to efficiently plan and manage construction processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of the project.
• Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to align with company goals and client expectations.
• Monitor and manage project changes, risks, and implementation strategies to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a related field).
• Effective communication skills
• Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in managing commercial and civil construction projects.
• Minimum two years experience
• Previous experience of working with a Balustrading company would be highly appreciated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to relocate
• Willing to work extra shifts.

• Sketching and taking measurements
• CAD drawings
• Manage shop drawings process from measure to drawings to approval to builds.
• Detailed understanding off all relevant NCC/BCA standards and engineering requirements
• Scheduling and management of all activities. Creating and maintaining master schedule
• Scheduling of fabrication in accordance with client requirements
• Scheduling of install in accordance with client and site requirements.
• Assignment of labour resources to fabrication and installation
