Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our programs and services, increase enrolment, and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Identify and target potential students and markets.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and activities.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
