Beccofino is now looking for an experienced Chef to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including soups, meats, seafood, vegetables, desserts, and more.
Training and mentoring new kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.Collaborating with restaurant managers to create exciting new menu items.
Managing kitchen operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Assisting other chefs with food preparation, including meat and fish.
Rotating and labeling stock in fridges and freezers to maintain freshness.
Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning, food orders, and supplier returns.
Overseeing the quality and presentation of dishes before they are served.
About you: At least 1 year of experience as a Chef; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage your section and assist others when needed.Ability to work independently and meet high standards of quality.
