D365 Application Support Analyst
Newly created role for a D365 FinOps Application Support Analyst on a permanent basis.
Working amongst in-house developers and BA's, you will operate as the first point of contact for client D365 application issues.
It is essential you have prior D365 application support expertise, as well as strong SQL experience.
Skill set / Experience needed -- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) support and a strong understanding of its modules and functionalities required for this role.
- Strong level 1 / 2 expertise across multiple applications.
- Comfortable working directly with end users and vendors alike.
- Experience working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow.
- Comfortable with ITIL processes.
- Strong SQL skills (knowledge of relational databases and query execution).
- Familiarity with application integration and data migration processes.
- Any D365 certifications will be a nice bonus.
Your 1^st 6 months in the business will require 5 days in the office, after 6 months will reduce to 3 days in the office.
