As part of the APEX operations team, the Finance Executive plays a key support role, assisting in activation of day-to-day duties and account management of campaigns and client partnerships.

Key Outputs: People and team connection

• Build good relationships with finance/ systems stakeholders
• Connect with and support PMX wider team.
• Assist with APEX 101 training for agency new starters on loading/coding

• Build relationships with the Agencies. You need to be a trusted partner. Ensure full alignment and compliance on all processes.
• Support agency teams through APEX operational process
• Ongoing Education and support for Publicis’ agencies through the APX invoicing process

• Receive APEX media invoices from Media reconcilers or direct from vendors
• Save invoices in folders
• Create loading instructions
• By vendor, reconcile every invoice against Loading Instructions
• Investigate discrepancies, by querying with APEX team or Agency teams as required
• Use agency loadings to pay media invoices
• Load prod fee for each schedule in SMD (take up revenue)
• Resolve Account Queries
• Investigate escalations relating to unpaid media invoices

• Follow APEX finance processes for offline/ digital/ products drive efficiency.
• Ensure operational excellence – revenue reconciliation, billing process
• Ensure a thorough understanding of media systems

• 3 + years in similar position
• Ability to prioritise and communicate effectively with clients
