What you’ll do

The Operations Executive is a pivotal role working within multiple facets of the campaign operations process. Partnering with key stakeholders, including their designated sales team and relevant clients and agencies. The role is responsible for ensuring excellence in client experience by having a client centric focus and acting as one touch point providing support pre, during and post campaigns for clients and agencies.

This is facilitated through seamless campaign management from inception, bookings, through to production, implementation and post campaign service.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • End to end campaign management for all client and agency campaigns for their designated sales team
  • Management of the inventory and availability for sale
  • Bookings process management including creation, approval & processing
  • Responsible for production workflow management and reporting on statuses and SLA’s
  • Build relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders to drive Cartology’s business requirements
  • Reporting on campaign workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes
What you’ll bring
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint is essential
  • Media Operations, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing or Agency experience within the FMCG environment is highly desirable
  • Clear communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Understanding of the shopper path to purchase and media that impacts decisions
